Osaka has more gay massage studios than Tokyo does — eight against six — and every one of them shows some form of English support. That 8-out-of-8 figure is the highest rate of any city-and-category combination in our directory, above the 94% we found for gay massage nationally and well above Tokyo's spread.

Unlike Tokyo, where three of six cluster in Shinjuku, Osaka's eight are genuinely spread out: two in Nakazakicho, two in Namba, and one each in Umeda, Minami-Morimachi, Honmachi and Tenma-Ogimachi.
