The About Us page publishes an official English version of the six-step process. Pick a therapist from the STAFF page first — none wait on site — then check his working days on the SCHEDULE page, which the shop refreshes roughly every 24 hours. Reserve by phone or through the email contact form; same-day requests are taken by phone only. It states it cannot answer calls from overseas numbers and asks those callers to email instead. It then confirms availability and replies by email, LINE, or phone/SMS, and the booking counts as confirmed only once that reply arrives. On the day, outcall guests give their hotel name and room number and may receive a call confirming they are in the room; private-room guests are sent the exact address by email or LINE.

A separate real-time system ("WEB予約") linked from the menu runs a five-step wizard, but its interface is Japanese only and we found no English toggle. LINE booking links are also published; the staff roster, schedule grid and course pages stay Japanese-only.

Getting there

The official top page gives the private room as a two-minute walk from Nakazakicho Station. The access page places it one minute from Exit 13 and two minutes from Exit 10 of Tenjimbashisuji-Rokuchome Station (Tanimachi, Sakaisuji and Hankyu lines); its Japanese and English texts give seven and eight minutes for the walk from JR Tenma Station. Outcall visits start from the Nakazakicho base at the fee tiers above.

Good to know before you go

• The homepage requires an 18+ click-through; the terms state that guests under 18 and high-school students are refused.
• The shop's own English text describes its menu as aroma massage and states it is not an escort-type business; guests looking for that are pointed to an affiliated shop.
• Photography, filming and audio recording by guests are prohibited, as is asking staff for personal contact details or trying to recruit them.
• The shop publishes further conduct rules on its official site; read them before you book.
