Dolphin Osaka

No working English booking route was found. A phone line, a LINE account and a click-to-email link are shown on the official site; the FAQ also names a reservation form and a Twitter/X DM, but we found no working link for either. Bookings need a name (nickname fine), a contact number, date and time, course, and any staff preference. Same-day requests are taken when staff are free, though weekends can fill up. Withheld numbers are refused.

At a glance

Getting there

Neither location publishes a street address. The Nakazaki meeting point is Kurosakicho Park, about five minutes from Temma, Tenroku or Nakazakicho stations; the Umeda premium Dojima point is near the Hokuokan building and Love Hotel COCO, about five minutes from Umeda and JR Osaka stations. No dedicated parking is offered, only nearby coin parking. Outcall mainly covers Osaka city; Kyoto, Hyogo/Kobe and Nara are case by case. The companion course defaults to an Umeda hotel as meeting and finishing point, negotiable.

Good to know before you go

• No advance "face check" of staff, citing privacy; the manager describes appearance instead.
• Showers are on-site, and an oil-free treatment can be requested instead of the oil course.
• Published rules include no drug use, no exchanging contact details with staff, no abuse or violence, and no photography or filming; breaches mean no future bookings. The shop publishes further conduct rules on its official site; read them before you book.
• The Access page says the standard rooms are "currently closed" for pandemic-era reasons, with the premium room offered instead; the notice is undated, so current status is unconfirmed.

• Which payment methods are accepted: no method — cash, card, e-money or QR — is mentioned on the site.
• Any minimum age or ID-check requirement.
• A working link for the reservation form or Twitter/X DM the FAQ names.
• Whether staff or the phone and LINE channels can handle English.
