1. Email it with six items: name, mobile number, date and time, course, requested therapist if any, and for outcall the address or nearest station plus walking time.
2. Check that therapist's shift calendar first.
3. The shop may phone to confirm, so check the number you submit.
4. If no reply arrives, the site suggests the phone is blocking PC-sent mail; change that setting and resend.

Location, payment and ID

In-studio sessions are about five minutes' walk from Namba Station; the exact address and a phone number follow only once the booking is confirmed. Outcall goes to an address supplied at booking, with no maximum radius or excluded areas published. Payment is cash in advance, and the shop asks for close to exact change, being often short of ¥1,000 notes and ¥100 and ¥500 coins. No ID check or age verification is described.

Good to know before you go

• Cancellation: before meeting the therapist, the full booked amount is charged; after meeting, 80% of it (rounded up to ¥1,000) in-studio, or 80% plus round-trip transport for outcall. Money already paid is not refunded.
• A session may be shortened without explanation or refund where a guest has skin trouble (atopic dermatitis, eczema and athlete's foot are named), is unwell, is unhygienic, or behaves unpleasantly.
• Booking details and in-shop conversations are kept confidential.
• Non-sexual rules prohibit smoking and secret filming or eavesdropping; these, or anything staff judges inappropriate, end the session with no refund. The shop publishes further conduct rules on its official site; read them before you book.

• Any age-verification or ID check.
• Whether the mattress upgrade applies in-studio; two parts of the site disagree.
• An "up to ¥2,000 off with no therapist requested" offer appears in a news post dated 2026-07-23 and stated to run to 2026-08-01; we could not confirm it still applies, so it is not shown as a current price.
• Any maximum outcall distance, and whether the shift calendars are current.
