Gay massage is where most foreign visitors start in Tokyo, and for good reason: it is the one category here where every shop tells you when it is open. All six studios we verify publish real opening hours, which is not true of the city's urisen houses or its outcall services.
The six sit in four districts. Three are in Shinjuku, with the rest in Shibuya, Shinjuku-Gyoen and Ueno. That spread matters less than it looks — the Shinjuku three are within walking distance of each other, so if your first choice is booked out you have two more within a few minutes.
Where they differ sharply is how much work it takes to get a booking. Masotera runs a full English site with online reservations and quotes ¥15,000 for 60 minutes before you make contact. SATYROI publishes ¥12,000 for the same hour but takes bookings through a contact form, so allow lead time for a reply. TOPBOY handles English over LINE and its web form. Red Line and Aurora Men's Lab state English is fine but publish no rate. NewRevolution, in Ueno, shows no evidence of English support at all.

If I speak no Japanese at all, which one should I contact first?
In order of least friction: Masotera (English site, online booking, price shown), then TOPBOY (English over LINE or its web form), then SATYROI (contact form, English stated, price shown). Those three cover most first-time bookings. Red Line and Aurora are workable but you will be asking for a price rather than reading one. We would not start at NewRevolution without Japanese.
Do any of them take same-day bookings?
Studios in this category generally work by appointment rather than walk-in, and none of the six publish real-time availability. Treat same-day as possible but not assumable, and message earlier in the day rather than late evening — four of the six close by 23:00 or 24:00.
Is the published price the final price?
Rarely. Nominating a specific therapist usually costs extra, and Masotera states that its courses run to ¥21,000 for 90 minutes and ¥29,000 for 120.
