Extension is ¥4,000 per 30 minutes. The ¥3,000 private-room fee covers use of up to 120 minutes; a Gotanda room costs the same. Travel is ¥1,000 flat inside Tokyo's 23 wards, and ¥2,000 plus actual transport outside. Cancellation is ¥5,000. A taxi fare is added if the session ends after 23:30.

How to book in English
From the shop's own site, read Sep 20, 2026.
- Use the Contact form; every field is labelled in English as well as Japanese.
- Required: name (the one you check in under, for a hotel), phone and email; WhatsApp, WeChat or LINE ID are optional as an alternative contact.
- Give up to three preferred slots within three days, the location, the course length, and a staff preference or "none".
- Sending the form confirms nothing — RED LINE calls back, and the booking stands only after that call.
- Short-notice requests go by phone; the line shown on the site is labelled in Japanese only.
From the official site
Official site read on Sep 20, 2026. Everything in this section comes from the shop's own website.
At a glance
- Men-only massage and companion service, in Shibuya since 1996. Outcall to your home or hotel is the default; a rental private room near Shibuya Station is available otherwise.
- Reservation only, no walk-ins. Booking hours 12:00–23:00 JST, up to three days ahead.
- Language is mixed: the pricing, private-room and booking pages are bilingual, and the reservation form labels every field in both. The usage guide and FAQ are Japanese only.
- Pay the therapist in person, cash or card (15% handling fee).
- Men aged 18 or over only; high-school students and women are not accepted.
Where they come to you
Outcall is the usual arrangement, and the hotel cost is the guest's own. Otherwise a rental private room is offered one minute from JR Shibuya Station's New South Exit, or four minutes from subway Exit C2; the exact address is given when the booking is confirmed. The Shibuya 3-chome address shown on the site is the registered office, and explicitly not a place guests visit.
Payment and ID
Pay the therapist directly once you have met, before the session starts. Cards carry a 15% handling fee, single payment only, and the statement shows a call-centre phone number rather than the shop name. An online "SelfPayment" portal lets you enter card details yourself. The site says it runs anti-fraud checks and may ask you to verify your identity.
Good to know before you go
RED LINE describes itself as a relaxation salon rather than a clinic, says it keeps guest information confidential, and states that first-timers are welcome. Its published non-sexual rules bar photographing or filming staff, and following or soliciting them outside the service; anyone connected to organised crime or drug use is reported to the police. The shop publishes further conduct rules on its official site; read them before you book.

Getting there

Based around Shibuya. Outside the 23 wards: +¥2,000 plus the actual fare.

Exact address is given when you book
Used once, on this device. Never sent or stored.
Station: Shibuya — the exact location is given when you book. The "1 min from Shibuya Station New South Exit" line refers to the rented private rooms; the published Shibuya 3-26-8 address is a registered office that does not take visitors.

Posts come from visitors. We read each one before it appears here, but we can't check personal experiences.
What we could not confirm
- Whether anyone on the phone line speaks English.
- Whether LINE can be used to book, and whether the salon also operates in Shinjuku and Ueno: a June 2026 post on the site's own news page claims both, but no LINE link appears on the Contact or Booking pages and the core pages give a Shibuya address only, so the post was not used as a fact source.
- The taxi surcharge after 23:30, and the transport surcharge outside the 23 wards — both stated, neither quantified.
- Whether the extension rate applies to private-room use past 120 minutes.
- Any age-verification step beyond the self-declared 18+ requirement.
How we checked this
Checked Sep 20, 2026 · We read nine pages of the shop’s own site (redline03.com) directly on 20 September 2026; hours and pricing here come from the shop, not from third-party guides. Its blog is updated regularly.
We confirmed this shop has a working website, a contactable address and recent evidence it is still operating. We have not visited as customers, so there is no rating here — what our checks do and do not cover.
