Eight shops that come to you — including the one that runs until 5am.
Outcall means no venue to find: you book, you wait in your room, someone travels to you. Tokyo is the only city in Japan where this category offers real choice — eight of the twelve outcall services we verify nationwide are here.
Seven of the eight are based in Shinjuku, with one in Ueno. Because the companion travels, the base district matters less than it does for a studio, but it does affect transport fees and how long you wait after booking.
Two of the eight are worth knowing by name for opposite reasons. An Independence has run since 2004, keeps a full English site, and publishes actual numbers — from ¥12,000 for 40 minutes up to ¥72,000 for a full day, open noon to 1am. It is the one shop in this category where you can work out the total before sending a message. TOKYO KIDS matters for a different reason: it runs to 5am, year-round, which makes it the realistic option once Ni-chome has closed and everything else has stopped taking bookings.

It is possible but you are doing the work. The specific thing to prepare is your hotel written in Japanese — name, address and room number — because a dispatch booking fails on the address rather than on the conversation. Screenshot the hotel's Japanese page before you message anyone. If that sounds like more friction than you want, four of the eight do handle English.
You ask, and you ask about a specific time rather than in general. This is the practical cost of the category: with six of the eight, the website will not tell you whether someone is available at 1am. Build in a fallback rather than assuming a late booking will land.
