Twelve services that dispatch to your hotel — but two thirds of them are in Tokyo.
Outcall, or dispatch, sends a companion to your hotel rather than asking you to travel. It is the most convenient format on paper and the least transparent in practice: of the twelve services we verify, one publishes a price and five state their opening hours.
It is also the most geographically lopsided category in our directory. Eight of the twelve are in Tokyo. Osaka, Nagoya, Fukuoka and Sapporo have exactly one each — so outside Tokyo, 'choosing an outcall service' usually means finding out whether the single one in that city is available.
There is a pattern in those four regional shops worth knowing before you plan around them: three of the four are branches of national operators — Salon Imaike in Nagoya and Sapporo, FREEDOM in Fukuoka — running similar hours in the 14:00-to-midnight range. If you have booked one, the next city works much the same way. The practical consequence is that a regional outcall booking has no fallback. If that one shop is unavailable on your night, the category is closed to you in that city, and a massage studio is the realistic alternative.

Your hotel's name and address in Japanese, and your room number. Outcall bookings fail on addresses more than on language — romanised hotel names are frequently ambiguous because chains run several branches in the same district. Screenshot the hotel's Japanese page before you message anyone.
Assume not. Transport is normally added on top for outcall, and with eleven of the twelve publishing no rate at all, you are asking rather than reading in almost every case. Ask for the total including transport to your specific hotel area, in writing, before you give out a room number.
