The 120-minute courses are marked recommended, and a first-nomination 60-minute private room costs ¥10,000 for Japan residents only. Extensions are ¥5,000 per 30 minutes, ¥10,000 on the three-person course, where options and travel are charged for two. Night stay requires 3 hours of guest sleep at 8 hours and 4 on longer bookings, adds ¥6,000 for the Nakazakicho room from 22:00, and, like the long courses, leaves the staff member's costs to the guest.
Optional add-ons run ¥1,000–¥5,000, individually or bundled. Acupuncture (¥2,000) and cosmetic acupuncture (¥3,000) are listed separately, on courses of 120 minutes or longer, by a nationally licensed practitioner.
Dispatch rates cover travel within 15 minutes of Nakazakicho Station. Beyond that come a transportation charge (from ¥1,000, actual cost above that, plus taxi fare over a 10-minute walk from a station) and a travel fee of ¥500 from 30 minutes up to ¥3,000 from 120. Sessions running past 23:30 add a late-night transfer fee from ¥1,000.
Cancelling by phone the day before is free; same-day at least 4 hours ahead costs 60%, and inside 4 hours or a no-show 100% plus ¥2,000 staff transport. Arriving 10 minutes late shortens the session at full price; over 30 minutes counts as a same-day cancellation. One reschedule is free, a second ¥1,000.
