The reservation form is in English, hosted on the Therapists page and linked as "Take a reservation" from the English pages.

1. Enter a name (a pseudonym is accepted), an email address, and your preferred date and time.
2. Choose a therapist and a course, tick the dry scalp add-on if wanted, and select "Callout" or "Private salon."
3. Choose cash or credit card, then add any message or question.
4. If you intend to request the under-25 price, bring ID showing your age.

For questions rather than a booking, a separate English contact form (name, email, message) is available; the Contact page directs actual reservations to the Therapists page.

The Therapists booking-form page and the About page tie that service to Nagoya city, while the Course page treats trips outside Nagoya city as "subject to negotiation" rather than ruling them out.
