Where you are staying decides where to start. Tokyo and Osaka give you real choice, so begin with a studio that takes the booking itself in English and keep the rest as fallbacks. Elsewhere each city has one or two studios: Sakurada Familia in Nagoya and Athlete Masato in Fukuoka both take bookings in English, UTATANE in Fukuoka and Sapporo says English is fine, and in those cities you should book before you arrive rather than after.
Gay massage is the format most visitors can actually book. We walked the booking route of every studio in English: eleven of the eighteen can take a non-Japanese speaker — seven of those through a genuine English site — against nine of fourteen for urisen houses and four of twelve for outcall services. Where booking is Japanese-only, we say so on the listing and link our message templates.
The distribution is not what people expect. Osaka leads with eight studios, ahead of Tokyo's six, and the remaining four are split between Fukuoka, Nagoya and Sapporo. English support does not follow the headcount — three of eight in Osaka against four of six in Tokyo — so the bigger roster is not the safer one; the individual studio is what matters.

Those four — the three UTATANE branches and DAN'S SPACE — are therapist-scheduled rather than shop-scheduled, so you are booking a person's availability and a fixed opening time would not mean much. It is not a sign the shop is inactive. It does mean you cannot plan around them without making contact first.

We read every studio's own rate page, so all eighteen listings show a from-price. The basic hour clusters around ¥11,000–15,000 in Tokyo and ¥10,000–12,000 in Osaka. Nominating a therapist, late hours and outcall each add on top — confirm the total for your slot when you book.
