The shop works by appointment only — no walk-ins, and no shared reservation desk.

1. Browse therapists on the Fukuoka site or the English guide; 13 listed therapists are tagged English-capable.
2. Contact him through the inquiry form on his own page with your preferred date and time, course length, a name (pseudonym accepted), a contact number, and in-room or out-call.
3. The FAQ states that reservations are not accepted by phone.
4. For in-room sessions the location is emailed once the booking is confirmed; for an out-call the therapist arrives about five minutes before the start time.
5. The English guide explains the process but takes no bookings; reservations go through each therapist's own form, which may not be handled in English.

At a glance

• UTATANE Gay Massage Fukuoka is a group brand: each therapist operates independently with his own booking page, not one storefront with shared staff.
• Private rooms are in Hakata Ward; out-call sessions are also offered.
• No shop-wide hours are published — each therapist sets his own schedule, some posting working days on X (Twitter).
• The Japanese site's navigation carries an "ENGLISH" item linking directly to the group's official English guide at utatane-gm.com/english/.
• Cash only, paid in full before the session; credit cards are not accepted.

Getting there

The rooms are about 5 minutes on foot from Hakata Station's Hakata exit and 8 from the Chikushi exit. Arrive roughly 10 minutes early; the exact address is emailed after booking, and the room cannot be chosen. There is no dedicated parking, and the site suggests nearby coin lots. Some therapists keep private rooms in other areas. For out-calls the FAQ says guests far from the shop can sometimes be accommodated, and that you need only provide the space.

Payment, eligibility and conduct

Cancelling in person after meeting your therapist is free of charge, though an out-call transport fee already incurred is not refunded and no substitute therapist is offered on the spot. The Terms of Use limit the service to men aged 18 or over (high-school students excluded regardless of age) and also exclude women, FTM guests, intoxicated or gang-affiliated visitors, drug users, and anyone who is unwell. Photography and video recording during a session are strictly prohibited and treated as a serious violation; lost belongings are not the shop's responsibility. Both the Terms of Use and the English guide describe the business as a relaxation service rather than a sex-related one and decline requests for excessive service. Unscented oil and amenities are available on request. The shop publishes further conduct rules on its official site; read them before you book.

• Shop-wide opening hours, last reception, or closed days.
• The out-call transport fee, which is set per therapist.
• Whether LINE can be used to book: the official pages we reviewed do not mention it.
• Whether any ID or age check takes place on site.
• How many therapists are active in Fukuoka — no total is published.
• The practical level of English during a session; the guide says ability may vary.
