- The form asks for the situation (shop room, hotel outcall, home outcall, or meeting and leaving together), hotel or home details, a name (nickname accepted), email, phone, date and time in UTC+9, and the course.
- For an outcall the shop calls to confirm before sending staff, from a withheld number, so caller-ID blocking on your side must be off.
- Same-day bookings and changes go by phone, not email; overseas inquiries by email or SMS only.

Getting there
Shop visits start at a convenience store about two minutes' walk away: call on arrival and staff come out to meet you. Written directions are published from Susukino, Hosui-Susukino, Nakajima-koen and Sapporo stations. For a hotel outcall, check in first and give the hotel name, room number and check-in name; the shop confirms through the front desk. Outcalls within roughly 40 minutes of the shop carry no travel charge.
Payment
In the shop: cash, credit card (VISA and Mastercard only), the chain's payment service, gift cards, coupons and points. Outcall: cash in yen, exact amount; staff do not normally carry change. Online in advance: credit card, BitCash or the chain's payment service.
