Booking is per therapist; there is no group-wide form or calendar.

1. Open one of the thirteen Sapporo therapist pages and look for the "English available" tag.
2. Send an enquiry through the form on that page; telephone bookings are not accepted. You will be asked for a date and time, the course length, a name (a pseudonym is accepted), and private room or outcall. Some pages also link to an external booking calendar.
3. If your first choice cannot take you, the FAQ asks you to contact another Sapporo therapist directly.
4. The group's English guide covers the same process network-wide rather than Sapporo specifically, and has no English booking form of its own.

Getting there

The site publishes the district — Minami 6-jo Nishi, Chuo-ku, Sapporo — but not a building address or map, as the rooms are private salons; the therapist sends the details once a booking is confirmed, and some keep their room in another area. For an outcall the therapist arrives five minutes before the start time; range and fee are set per therapist.

Payment, age and conduct

Payment is cash, before treatment. The terms of use refuse guests under 18 and high-school students, and state the service is for men only (women and FTM guests are not accepted); no in-person ID check is described. Guests showing signs of an infectious condition, fever, severe skin inflammation, or notable hygiene or odour problems may be refused, as may intoxicated guests, drug users, and anyone connected to organised crime. Recording of any kind is prohibited; anyone found recording is barred from every UTATANE location, with no duration stated. The shop takes no responsibility for lost property, and the FAQ says age, build and appearance are nothing to worry about.
