Choose a visit type first: a room, an outcall, or meeting at the shop and going out together — on the 60, 90 and 120-minute courses, travel time from the shop counts inside the clock. The form asks for a name (an alias is accepted), kana reading, email and phone; caller-ID blocking must be off for outcall, along with the hotel, room and check-in name, or your address ("not decided yet" is accepted). Either translate the form and expect a Japanese reply, or call the number published on the access and course pages; the chain advises calling, not emailing, for same-day requests. Getting there

The shop gives meeting points rather than an address. Routes from Kintetsu Nihonbashi Station exit 2 and from Namba Station via the Namba Walk arcade to exit B-30 both end at the same convenience store, where you call the shop; drivers use nearby coin parking and call from in front of the Osaka Ohsho restaurant. Nearby love hotels can be suggested on request.

Payment

In person: cash, credit card, the chain's own prepaid balance and points, gift cards and discount vouchers. Online in advance: credit card, BitCash and the prepaid balance. On outcall, have the full amount including transport ready in cash — no change is carried.

Good to know before you go

• Photographing, filming or recording companions, including the in-store photo albums, is prohibited. The site says this ends the visit with the fee kept as a penalty, no refund, and possibly a permanent ban.
• Contacting or meeting a companion privately, outside the shop's system, is prohibited and leads to a group-wide ban.
• Valuables are your own responsibility; no storage is offered.
• Arriving more than 15 minutes late without contact cancels the booking.
• The shop publishes further conduct rules on its official site; read them before you book.

• Whether any English-speaking staff work here; the chain's English site and contact details belong to the separate Kita-ku shop.
• A weekly closing day, or how many companions are based here; the site shows only a daily shift list.
• An exact address or floor layout beyond "third floor of a commercial building".
• Long-distance fees outside the published Kansai, Kanto and Sendai brackets; the form says to ask the shop.
