Pick your ward. We'll put the shops that come to you first, with what each one says about travel fees. 8 shops here do outcall.
Not sure yet, or staying outside the city? Every shop's card says how far it comes, and the shop page has the travel fee.

Without Japanese, contact one of the three that take the booking itself in English: An Independence (from ¥12,000, 12:00 to 1:00), TOKYO KIDS (from ¥15,000, open to 5:00) or Shinjuku Dojo (from ¥15,000, 12:00 to 23:00). FREEDOM Ueno is the cheapest at ¥11,000 but, like the other four, books in Japanese only — have your hotel's name and address written in Japanese before you try any of them.
Outcall means no venue to find: you book, you wait in your room, someone travels to you. Tokyo is the only city in Japan where this category offers real choice — eight of the twelve outcall services we verify nationwide are here. Seven of the eight are based in Shinjuku, with one in Ueno. Because the companion travels, the base district matters less than it does for a studio, but it does affect transport fees and how long you wait after booking.
Two of the eight are worth knowing by name. An Independence has run since 2004, keeps a full English site, and publishes actual numbers — from ¥12,000 for 40 minutes up to ¥72,000 for a full day. TOKYO KIDS goes further still for a non-Japanese speaker: a full English site with an English booking form and online card payment, running to 5:00 year-round — the realistic option once Ni-chome has closed and everything else has stopped taking bookings.
It is possible but you are doing the work. The specific thing to prepare is your hotel written in Japanese — name, address and room number — because a dispatch booking fails on the address rather than on the conversation. Screenshot the hotel's Japanese page before you message anyone. If that sounds like more friction than you want, three of the eight do take the booking in English: An Independence, TOKYO KIDS and Shinjuku Dojo.

You ask, and you ask about a specific time rather than in general. Seven of the eight publish reception hours — we show them on each listing — but hours are not the same as availability: the roster on a given night decides whether a 1am booking lands. Build in a fallback rather than assuming it will.
